I believe in exceptional Massage and am now giving guidance to Massage Therapists around the world to do the same. The Art of Transformational Touch, Unraveling the body- a Multi Dimensional Approach, grew out of repeatedly having my clients express how they would love for other Massage Therapists to include the movement and stretching that I incorporate into all my sessions. Lots of Continuing Education, a trip to the World Massage championships and a Silver Medal later, here we are. Studying Naturopathic Medicine in my homeland of Australia started the path to continual learning and a deep desire to serve my clients and provide transformational Massage and Bodywork. These days I have the incredible honor of Judging at several International Massage Championships including the World Massage Championships held annually in Denmark where I teach a Masterclass alongside my Colleague and teaching Partner, Joe Lavin. After more than 2 decades of giving Massage the journey has landed me right where I need to be.

Lately trust and I have been in the boxing ring.. I’m unsure why it’s chosen right now to surface… boxing gloves and all… I’m not one that wobbles or goes all pear shaped .. Every year a word.. and for 2024 BELIEVE… which is code for trust in myself..that I’ve got this.. this life… That the work I offer carries levity.. has substance.. has a weightiness to it… that clients will experience a level of healing…..that students will have those Aha moments…. That I’ll rise to the occasion. Whatever the hell occasion it is… No lying … there’s times when my energy shifts and doubt creeps in..and other times when it’d take a hell of a lot to crush me coz I’m vibing so hard on life.. that certain kinda high that nobody can knock you down from.. And love ❤️… it’s in the mix… discovering love for myself and my capacity to hold steady for others.. to expand my heart and lean in.. not caring if there’s a cost.. because after all the cost of not living .. not loving is way higher than staying small.. Movement… it’s a key ingredient .. the more we have Range of Motion in our joints, and keep our spines Supple overall the less pain we experience in our bodies..
